1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected by the local customs authority upon delivery.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier after shipment. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@orelease.com and we will do our best to assist you.
